What types of graphic design services do you offer?

What is your process for creating graphic designs?

My process is as follows:

1. I will provide you with a detailed questionnaire in fillable PDF format, allowing you to share your current design needs with me.

2. After I receive this information, I will schedule a call, in-person meeting, or video call, depending on your location, to review the details you have provided.

3.      You will receive a contract that lists the specifics of the project, along with the payment terms and conditions. A 25% deposit is due with the return of the contract before work begins.

4.      Once I have developed proofs based on your information, you will be emailed . PDFs to sign off on or add corrections to. (Please note that each contract I send will indicate the # of corrections available per design project)

5.      Final product is delivered electronically in a press-ready format and will be set up to send directly to a printer of your choice (I can also provide you with printing quotes on request)

How do you ensure the designs are optimized for print?

I have spent the past 2 decades working with a large variety of printers and sending digital files to them for my clients. If you are using a specific printer, I always research the company and read their submission guidelines to ensure you will receive a product you are happy with.

Can you create digital graphics for my website and social media?

Absolutely. I can create any type of image you might need for your website or social media feeds. I believe that branding should be consistent across all platforms, both printed and digital, and I will work with you to ensure that your materials represent your vision, products, and services to the best of their ability.

Do you offer logo design services?

Yes. Your logo is the cornerstone of your business. It is a reflection of who you are, what you offer, and why someone should choose you. With this in mind, I offer logo design for brand new products/services/businesses as well as Refresh packages for existing businesses that provide you with all the digital files you need to promote your business.

What is included in a typical branding project?

This is not a cut-and-dry answer, as every client has different needs. I have worked with over 700 clients across the US during my time as a designer. For some, it has been a one-and-done process, like creating an ad campaign or marketing flier. For others, it is a full branding or rebrand that touches on everything from the logo to the website and all in between.

How long does the graphic design process take?

It all depends on the project and what you need. I can turn projects around relatively fast; however, a good rule of thumb would be from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the # of revisions needed, and the number of projects we are working on. Can I provide input during the design process?

150% Yes! I have found over the years that many clients are unfortunately disappointed when working with independent designers for one specific reason. The designer focuses on their vision for the project and forgets about the clients. I do the opposite of this. I firmly believe that anything I design for you must accurately reflect your voice, ideas, and focus. It takes 7 seconds to make a first impression, and with that in mind, I am determined to ensure that every project I design for my clients makes the correct impression about their products and services.
